Shipping Policy

All batteries sold by clickmybattery.com are sourced from Our Authorized Dealers, who has professional expertise in battery.  and suppliers authorized by the battery manufacturers’ e.g. Amaron, Exide, Powerzone and more.

All products sold by us come with manufacturers’ warranty and proper bill. There are no hidden costs, extra taxes, or additional shipping charges on products offered by us. We offer free delivery and installation.

Delivery

  • For all listed cities in the website, the delivery is free of cost.
  • Delivery area shall be entire city as per the respective State/Union territory jurisdiction and limits defined by the city Municipal Corporation, authority or administration respectively.
  • There shall be delivery charges in few of the cases where delivery charges shall be calculated on the basis of (distance in km from the delivery point). The local city delivery division shall also mutually agree with customer and decide upon the delivery charges which shall be nominal. The customer will be informed well in advance of delivery charges (if any) via E-mail, phone or SMS. Only after the customer agrees to pay delivery charges, the product shall be delivered otherwise the order shall be treated as cancelled.
  • There may be a delay in delivery in case of any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances like stock unavailability, heavy rains, traffic jams etc.

Installation Information

  • Installation of inverter batteries for location above the ground floor up to second floor (without a working lift) is subject to nominal labor charges of Rs. 200-Rs. 500 varies city to city. A working lift is mandatory for installation locations above second floor.
  • For Inverter Combo i.e. (Inverter batteries + Inverter machine) and the new inverter battery installation, the free installation is limited to connecting with the mains. It doesn’t cover any additional wiring/connections or any electrical accessories like wires, switches, sockets etc. Customer agrees to bear the respective extra cost in case any extra electrical wiring work or electrical item is required during installation. Installation will be carried out within 24 hours of delivery or later (as per the availability of the customer).
  • Stock and delivery are subject to availabilities.
