Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

3. Pickup or Drop: If eligible, a pickup will be scheduled, or you may be asked to visit the nearest authorized service point.
4. Inspection: Once the product is received and inspected, we will update you on the approval status.
– Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
– Refunds may be adjusted in case of partial returns or damage.
– Shipping or service charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
– Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charge.
– Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return.
