At ClickMyBattery, we ensure that every product sold through our platform is 100% genuine and comes with a manufacturer-backed warranty.
We aim to make the warranty claim process simple, transparent, and hassle-free for all our customers.

Warranty Overview

  • All batteries sold on ClickMyBattery.com are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty only.

How to Claim Warranty on any Product during the Warranty Period?

  1. Make sure you have the original bill & warranty card.
  2. Warranty card is necessary for warranty claim, in case of loss of warranty card the respective manufacturer has the right to reject the said warranty claim.
  3. Call the customer care no. of the respective manufacturer and provide details related to your product and the problem you are facing.
  4. The manufacturer’s service team will schedule an inspection to diagnose and resolve the issue and will provide the product’s service report copy. If the on-site service is not available then the manufacturer may guide you to the nearest authorized dealer/distributor which may or will be chargeable.
  5. You’ll need to present the original bill & warranty card and handover a copy of each to the service personnel.
  6. The walk-in warranty service is free. In case if customer opts for doorstep service, it is only available at a price of Rs. 300 per visit and is rendered directly by our merchants.

What’s Not Covered

  • Warranty does not cover damages or issues arising from:
  • Physical damage, leakage, or terminal burn marks.
  • Overcharging, deep discharge, or improper installation.
  • Battery used for applications other than its intended purpose.
  • Tampering, breaking of warranty seal, or removal of serial number/sticker.
  • Normal wear and tear, reduced capacity due to age, or improper maintenance.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as short circuits, faulty alternators, or inverters.

Replacement / Settlement:

  • If found defective under warranty, a free replacement or pro-rata adjustment (depending on warranty type) will be provided by the manufacturer.

Important Notes

  • All warranty claims are subject to manufacturer’s approval after technical inspection.
  • ClickMyBattery acts as a facilitator for warranty services and does not independently authorize or reject claims.
  • Warranty replacements are like-for-like; a new warranty period does not start with the replacement battery.
  • Customers are responsible for transportation or service center visit costs unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
